Let me know when & what session you’d like to book.

  • Update: I’m currently not accepting new clients, to hold space for existing ones. I recommend reaching out to another therapist.

  • For a first-time couples session, I recommend a 90 minute session (if your budget allows for this). For sessions after this, I generally recommend 60-minute sessions, unless you and your partner would feel safer/calmer with more time.

  • New: For individual sessions, I now also offer 30-minute bookings. Recommended for those times where you just need a quick check-in.

  • Please note my sessions aren’t covered by health insurance typically.

  • Can’t make it or don’t need it anymore? Please let me know up to 24 hours in advance (unless due to illness). This gives me enough time to hopefully still offer your timeslot to someone else.

  • P.S. Are you, or your partner, in an acute mental health crisis (actively suicidal, self-harming, hallucinations)? Please go here to see what number to call for immediate help in the Netherlands. I won’t be the right support for you.
